Hi Amy...thanks for your order. I apoligize for the problem you had when ordering. If you remember correctly you had inverted you zip code when you placed the first order and it would not let you check out because paypal matches up address and it did not match. I have no control over that and sorry you had a problem. When you re-placed the order it went thru fine. Sorry you had a problem...but the addresses must match or paypal will not let you check out. That is something with paypal and not here at bonanza or my booth in particular. Sorry for the problem. |

I had your order ready to ship....product was delayed by supplier. I emailed you 3 times with no response so I issued you a refund. I could have shipped the order for the past 2 weeks if you would have responded to my emails. Sorry for the delay, but it was out of my control. This was a new release and a delay from the supplier.
