Spoke with this very nice customer numerous times regarding his order- he was made aware immediately upon ordering that this item would not be in stock for some time and said he was okay with that. Apparently when he received it the fit was not right even though it was the size he ordered. He informed me and of this and I told him we would make sure that it was resolved but he said that he knew it was not our fault but a manufacturer issue and has not responded to any further corrresponce regarding the matter. We share his frustration and not lo nger offer this manufacturer's merchandise for just such reasons. Quite surprised to see a negative feedback based on our phone conversations but do understand his frustration. Would welcome him as a customer any time.
