We did in fact respond to the user immediately after he messaged us. Here is a copy of what was sent: Yes ! Oh of course I will help you! 2 ways: 1. Send us an email to [email protected] in the email mention the product purchased, key issued, and picture/screenshot of the error. 2. Shoot me a text message ### ### #### For real time help / troubleshooting. This is the preferred method my friend! John do NOT worry I am here to help and will get you to success. My name is Ernie and I’m very eager to helping you! (we blocked out the email and number as to not make it private). This was on the 15th 10 minutes after he messaged us. The user never responded nor did he call us or text us. We are here and anxious to help. It is unfair to leave negative feedback if you do not reach out to us or give us a chance to address your issue. We are still here and willing to help you, but you need to speak with us so we can help. Just leaving a negative review with zero attempts to reach to our tech support doesn’t help anyone ?. Please review the message we sent to you for contacting information, or respond to us through bonanza messages so we can help you. Thank you, and look forward to it. |

I did contact you last night about this buddy but even the 2nd code you sent me did not work with same invalid error message from Microsoft. Lost confidence in your product as not even sure if its legit microsoft product after it failed for 2nd time. So sorry but got to head elsewhere as need genuine product that works as described |

We answered all of his requests and the key he was trying to use was not the one we sent to him. The pictures he sent us were for a differnet key which we did not issue to him. Key was tested working and verified numerous times. |

I guess I should have read your feedback record in full before purchasing from you. You have a history of blaming the buyers and claim they are somehow lying when you get some feedback you do not particularly like. As clearly mentioned I did follow your instructions to download from the link and use the activation codes you sent which did not work. I have now called Microsoft Support to confirm that codes you supplied me were actually blocked as they were reported as stolen. Who is lying now? |

Codes never worked making me it was a genuine Microsoft product in the first place. Was a complete waste of time for me and I still have a college project to complete. Heading to BestBuy now....refund please!
