My ad clearly stated the product as a Yellow Pop Up flag and was pictured to show this. The buyer wanted a red colored side flag, which was on the mailbox, but it was not for sale or even described or highlighted to be on sale like the Yellow Pop Up Flag. I offered a partial refund & never heard back from him. I was very polite to him although he was upset with me for his mistake. First time this has ever happened to me in the ten years I've sold on Bonanza. But, it is okay, as have 99.9% happy buyers.!https://assets.bonanzastatic.com/images/emoticons/smile_1.png!
