I apologized that you felt I didn't respond to your request, unfortunately the truth of the matter is I did respond immediately to your request and I'd requested that you at the very least provide me with an short explanation as to why you wanted to cancel in hopes to resolve the issue. I'd even stated to you in my initial response that the order was already in the process of being shipped. I waited for your response but did not receive your response until the following Monday. Rather than making you wait the entire time for your refund I expedited your refund and now you're attempt to issue an unfounded negative feedback.
