I never said I hated Amazon. I said I'd lost a little faith in them, and that you did my a favour and restored it. You mailed me an orange envelope and marked my order as shipped. You claimed it was to verify my address, but my address was already verified through PayPal. You didn't tell me until after I'd scheduled time off to be there to receive my laptop that you hadn't actually shipped my order. Everything about this transaction screamed scam, so I emailed you privately to ask for a refund. When you didn't respond there, I opened up a claim in PayPal. It took all day yesterday and a fair portion of today to get you to process a refund, and the only thing that seemed to get you to actually refund my purchase was telling you that I would take legal action. So, don't blame me for all your failures in this transaction. You failed to communicate, you failed to provide the service I paid for, and you failed to process a simple refund without threat of felony charges. |

I never dealt with a costumer this inpatient before in my life. She even said she hated Amazon so I wasn't the only business she had a problem with. She decided to cancel the order the second day. I messaged her twice to resolve this problem, she never responded. Before even contacting me, she opened a dispute case on PayPal. Keep in mind this is my FIRST time a costumer has opened a dispute case on me. I didn't know how to refund her order. I called paypal, I was even on the line for about 2 hours. So clearly I had to call them the next day. I messaged her about this, and she kept nagging me on, saying she would report me as a "criminal felon on a 3rd degree". The only way I can refund her order, if she closes the dispute case but she refused for the 4th time. This is just to show the type of person I was dealing with. I tried my best to be polite to her, which I did. Finally I found the solution, and I fully refunded her order. If she would've dealt w/ some one else with her attitude I mostly guaranteed they wouldn't have the patients I had with her. A person who even has a problem with Amazon would mostly have a problem with a lot of other big companies. So I Wasn't the only one. After the refund I messaged her a 1 paragraph apology, and she was still angry at me and gave me the same attitude. It was a frustrating day for both of us. I wish her the best of luck, as for myself.
