We are very upset as well, and Very sorry about this. We had severed our business with this certain warehouse/supplier on 11/29 due to the fact orders have been handled unacceptably. There were still some outstanding orders, and we have kept in contact with them, we received information daily and everything looked like it was finally corrected. It is stated in the listing 7-14 days for delivery – this is not the case it is about 25 days and we could not accept that. If you had contacted us before hand we could have had this problem corrected by expediting ( AT OUR EXPENSE ) the costume from our new warehouse. Meaning if you had communicated that you had needed this before the 5th of Dec. We wish you would have before leaving negative feedback this is totally out of our control, since it had to be shipped from Hong Kong. Actually you would have had 2 costumes for free – we would have paid for an expedited costume, and refunded your money for the first order. Check our feedback we are honest sellers and have corrected many problems this warehouse has caused us and our buyers
