Seller response: My apologies again to this customer. My husband recently got out of the military and we moved our family of 4 back to our home state. This item and a few others was misplaced in the move. I responded promptly and money was returned quickly. I aim to give my customers 110% customer service. I did the best I could under my current situation and have been a lot more careful since. The negative feedback stinks, Unfortunately we all make mistakes sometimes.
