Seller response: Well it would have been nice if you had at least attempted to contacted us before you claim the item doesn't work but yet it is not the item. That doesn't even make sense. We had maintained a 100% positive feedback as the reason for it can easily be verified by the comments left by our other customers. We have maintained this in almost 600 sales until your irrational comment.
