USPS was still showing "Error" on May 24 as no tracking information was available, as per response. Today is the first update I have received from USPS that any order was created and I feel deceived to discover it is originating from China. The lack of transparency in your profile motivated negative feedback. Your response today was prompt and helpful and if I could change my feedback to 'neutral' I would, however, without an updated profile I would find difficulty in offering a positive. |

A full refund was offered to the buyer. The buyer chose not to return the item. I AM NOT AT FAULT! beware of this buyer! Inadvertantly leaves negative feedback to sellers even though the seller is doing everything in power to accommodate the buyer.
