asked buyer to return the item for full refund including shipping but she did not do it. Instead accused not only me of selling knock off nail polish but also the authorized distributors of the nail polish im selling including the manufacturer. I even asked her that i am willing to accompany her to the official distributors where i buy my items but she just ignored it. It is simple as ABC that the only thing you need to do is to return it but you did not do it. I told you that I am willing to cooperate just to make you happy with you purchase. SORRY... If you feel that way. It's beyond my control I cannot follow your demand to refund you without returning the merchandise. I bought it very expensive already as IT is Limited edition and VHTF...... Be tactful next time and be professional... Every transaction can be settled in a good communication with diplomacy.
