I am sorry you feel that way. But there is no good way to have Bonanza set the available stock because we have other websites we sell off of. The booth stated, they were out of sotck at the manufacture level and we informed not to buy it unless they are willing to wait. We kept up always with updates. He needed the tool because he had a Light On DVD drive. It dose not fit that drive unless you use a tool to fix the lid first.

This issue has been resolved as UPS rescheduled the pickup. The cases are in stock. They are very popular and in high demand. If you see they are not listed, this means the manufacture in USA awaiting new shipment from factory in China. If they run out, we will post ETA in the chat on the booth of expected date. Once stock is available you will see the items listed again. Clear, Clear Blue and Smoke Black are all in stock and shipping on time.

The manufacture ran out of stock on the clear ghost cases. They are in USA and have them made in China. They told me would take 4 weeks to be back in stock. I had continued to send status reports to buyer. The manufacture had then told me it was in customs and taking a little longer then expected arrive. Please understand the XBox 360 case is a very popular item, along with that and the Christmas Rush they sold out faster then expected. Because of the item on backorder, I had paid extra to have the Manufature ship directly to the customer so to ship out as soon as possable.
