The manufacture ran out of stock on the clear ghost cases. They are in USA and have them made in China. They told me would take 4 weeks to be back in stock. I had continued to send status reports to buyer. The manufacture had then told me it was in customs and taking a little longer then expected arrive. Please understand the XBox 360 case is a very popular item, along with that and the Christmas Rush they sold out faster then expected. Because of the item on backorder, I had paid extra to have the Manufature ship directly to the customer so to ship out as soon as possable. It takes 3 days to clear our banks, not including the 2 weekend days. 5 days, then 2 days to ship. So 7 days. Although we were out of stock, I had paied extra to the manufacture to ship directly to the buyer so to ship out on time. I kept up with communications to buyer. I did not get a clear answer from the manufacture what the delay was. Then another weekend got involved to further dalay shipping. Although I am not entiraly at fault, I am representing the transaction and I take the blame for not getting the product to him on time. I have opolgized for the delay.
