Your claim is untrue, dishonest, and maliciously intended. You never returned this order back to us, nor did you provide us a tracking number to trace this order when we requested it from you. We provided you our return address and phone number to contact us, and you never responded back to us either by mail or phone when we called or and emailed you. We need to receive the order back to refund you and that is how the return process works. Please return the $400 dollars valued watch sold to you and we’ll be more than happy to refund you.
