We discussed a lot with this customer and propose to refund her because SHE DID NOT ORDER the good model. She has been refund even if she did not respect our return policies. She IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD CUSTOMER BUT A LIAR. We have done what we have to do, she got her money back, we don t get our item back and she is making a bad feedback ???
