After contacting the seller, House_Hold_Supplies, asking for just an exchange—not a refund—I was told the product functioned correctly during their testing. Seller response: Customer performed an incorrect installation of the lock, we provided the correct details and the results of our testing for him, i guess the respond is leaving a negative feedback as issual instead of putting into practice what we advised
