Seller response: We are sorry this happened, but We Did contact you RIGHT AWAY because we had an issue with the shipping label which was a glitch on Bonanzas side. We had to cancel the order and tried to reach out so we could get it out to you still but we got no response. That's not how we do busiess. We can't make people check thier e-mails. Again we are sorry.
