We require to contact us within 14 days in case you need/want to return the item for a refund. We accept returns within 30 days from item received (even if you didn’t get the 14 days report window). Unfortunately I haven’t received any messages from you within the required time frame. There is no long-term warranty for used parts, so we can't help if you're contacting us after 30 days return window closed.
