We will not bore you with a "gib" excuse. The buyer told us the products arrived broken and we understand that these things can happen from time to time being no fault of the buyer nor the seller. We apologize and have apologized over and over, we offered a discount coupon to our site in order to let us make it up to the buyer ALONG with a refund which we do not normally do, it is also noted in our sites policies that all sales are final... We sent a postage paid package to the buyer in order for them to easily ship the broken items back to us in lieu of their refund. We have yet to receive the items and have not heard back from the buyer but we understand these things take time. Again, we are sorry and naturally we understand that not everyone can be pleased, that is the nature of the retail business, yet we still try and we LOVE IT! Thank you ~hfp
