Okay, another person who has never bought ANYTHING on Bonanza, orders something. I am sold out of this item, I give him/her a PROMPT REFUND, and what do I get? Negative Feedback. They seem to be angry at me that I could not provide the item, and so they leave negative feedback, even though they got a REFUND and an APOLOGY.
