You ordered the 18th, approved your proof the 19th and I shipped them on the 20th of December. I supplied your tracking number when your order shipped. With the Christmas and New Years holidays your shipment was delayed. I have no control over how fast or slow USPS moves packages through their system, especially during the holiday season. If you look at the tracking number, your package is on the way to you. And with the party over several weeks away, there is still time for them to arrive.

The listing says that it takes 5-10 business days to be delivered. Plus an additional 3-4 business days for us to process (print, cut, etc) the order. This customer messaged me on sunday and said she needed them by Tuesday. It just wasn't possible. Since then she has been extremely rude. USPS attempted to deliver her package to her on the 12th business day (due to Thanksgiving). She is refusing the package. And claiming that it was not delivered. We did everything as stated in our listing

The tracking number that is uploaded to your order, states the post office tried to deliver your package to you on the 1st of august. They left you a notice to pick them up at the post office or to arrange a new delivery time. It also states that you have until the 15th of august to pick up your order. We always attach the tracking number to an order once shipped. If you would have messaged me, I could have given you this information as well.

Your package shipped the next business day (July 4th) after you placed the order. Yes, the shipping estimates from Germany to the US are 5-10 business days. However, it also states that it MAY take up to 21 business days to arrive. This would put the arrival of your package between the 11th of July to the 1st of August. All of this is stated (with the dates) when the order is placed. The tracking number is uploaded to your order, you will be able to track it from there.

This is not a fair review. Your order was shipped in a timely manner. Within the processing time stated. The package was delayed in NYC, which is not something that I had control over. Your tracking number is uploaded to your order, if you log into your account and click the tracking link, you will see that your order is currently on the way to you. If you would have waited for my reply to your message or checked this link, you would have saw that.

As stated in the description of the listing, there is not actual glitter on the invitation. I am sorry that you are not happy with the end result. But it is clearly stated what you will be receiving.

Ordered June 6th, Shipped June 8th. As stated an estimated arrival is 5-10 business days. Your package arrived in 11 business days......

Buyer never supplied information to complete order until 2 weeks before event. She was contacted many times asking for information. Order was shipped the next business day after the information was supplied to complete her order.
