i have no idea why this buyer is responding the way she is, the item is in like new condition, I don't believe it was ever used. I don't know what the smell is she is talking about as it was stored in a bin with other purses which i have sold and have gotten good feed back on. I would do a refund but as I have already refunded her for extra shipping and she has dunked the bag in febreeze and put it outside, it is probably ruined at this point. It would have been nice to have had an email stateing that there was a problem before being so rude. the only thing I can think is that the bag i put it in may have had odors in it, but I smelled it myself and did not smell anything. A bit of communication would have been much better then the rude feedback. |

I do apologize if you felt my comment to be rude. Unfortunately, I do stand by my claim in that the bag does smell very badly. It reeks of cigarette smoke, and is very noticeable. I did not "ruin" the bag. I did spray it with Febreeze and left it on a chair outside to dry. I left it outside because unfortunately the smell was very apparent whilst inside. |
If the buyer would have read my refund policy she would have known this BEFORE she purchased the item, these are vintage, used items I try to note all defects, but i didn't smell smoke or perfume, however it is possible that they smelled the way she states as I said they are used/vintage items. Not new and un used items. And yes there is a smoker in my home which is stated in the refund policy, however the items are never even brought into the home anymore, as I now have a shop to process everything. So though I am sorry she was dissatisfied, maybe reading the refund policy would have been a good idea and then to leave negative feedback because she didn't is childish.
