2 stars user feedback Figure as described, shipping fine. But figure is very poor quality. On assembly, multiple pieces of Doc Ock's tentacles broke off immediately. They seem too tight to snap where they are meant to be. Seller response: Hello Carolyn, 1) Appreciated your high feedback to our shipping service. 2) We would not agree with you opinion for this item thinking, We checked this item (Doctor Octopus) and assembled it, that is OK. As we know this item is similar to ocean animals OCTOPUS that is a soft-bodied, eight-limbed mollusc of the order Octopoda. The item was designed the limbs by the Plastic Joint to connection. You should assemble joints carefully and you will get the whole limbs. But still thanks for you kindly notice, we will improve this item design in feture. Have a good day, Rose
