The delivery e-mail was sent within the guaranteed time frame. Unfortunately, the buyer had provided us with an incorrect e-mail address.

The delivery e-mail containing the activation code was sent within minutes. We offered to resend the delivery e-mail as the customer claimed to not have received it. Instead the customer opened a PayPal dispute which made it impossible to either resend the delivery e-mail or provide a refund. We had to wait for PayPal to intervene to provide an appropriate refund.

Additional component parts were not and have never been necessary. We could have certainly have provided assistance had the buyer decided to contact us regarding any issue.

We were actually extremely nice and sent you the Age of Empires III Legacy Bundle which includes 4 items: Age of Empires II HD, Age of Empires II: The Forgotten HD, Age of Empires III Complete Collection and Age of Empires II HD: The African Kingdo

This customer did not communicate any issues to us before leaving this negative feedback. We have reached out to help this customer but have not received any response. We have also tested the license (product key) on an office computer and it activated successfully without any issues using standard online activation.

Amazon sells the Windows 10 Pro Retail download version for $199.99, whereas we sell it for $99.99. We are 50% cheaper when compared with Amazon for the same product and are certainly not overpriced.

This is an isolated issue unique to this customer’s PC. This issue has no relation to the licenses we sell. We were contacted by this customer on December 19th about this issue and we immediately provided assistance and guided the customer to support resources that would fix the issue. We had not heard back from this customer until this unwarranted negative feedback was left. We are always happy to assist but cannot do so if there is not communication.

The listing you purchased from stated it was for digital delivery only via e-mail. We sent your delivery e-mail within five minutes of receiving your paid order.

The buyer never notified us that there was a problem. We make customer service and satisfaction our number one priority. We have reached out to the buyer to resolve this situation.

I delivered the item via e-mail on the day of the buyer's purchase. The buyer eventually made a Paypal claim for not receiving the item. I made numerous attempts via e-mail and Paypal to confirm receipt of the item and rectify the situation, but to this day I have not received one response from the buyer. I would love to help but I cannot do so without returned communication.

This buyer purchased Norton 360 2014 Multi-Device and received the stated product. It appears the buyer was unaware that Norton 360 Multi-Device contains three separate products available for use which include Norton 360 Premier, Norton Mobile Security, and Norton Internet Security 5 for Mac. It appears the buyer was not knowledgable of the product they were purchasing even though the listing explains the product's features in detail. I was unaware of the buyer's issue with the product until receiving this negative feedback. I pride myself on great customer service and wish I could have resolved this issue with the buyer.
