3 stars user feedback Toner cartridge was not new. Not only the box was open but the foil sack and foam end protectors were missing. Also, the tape had been removed from the filler hole where you pour in the powdered toner. I have not tried it yet to see if it works. Seller response: I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the product and will gladly help in any way you feel comfortable with...I am surprised to hear it was an open package and stated in listing listing as sealed as I personally double check every item I sell before packing and shipping but I am human and can miss things as much as I may try not too... please let me know what I can do to help in this matter thank you
