I made a mistake and got 2 customers orders mixed. Since I just had 1 copy of that game he ordered I sent him a full refund. I did not keep his money or even asked him to send the wrong game back. There are other sellers on Bonanza.com and Ebay that he can buy another copy of this game. I handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. I Made a Mistake I apologized for it. |

Wow didn't see this coming! Got a message from the buyer saying he didn't received his item. I said ok that it probably got lost in the mail and will be replacing his order with the exact copy. Got home got his item ready and sent it out. USPS Tracking# 9500100011297005000246. Now as I open my Bonanza page I see I have a NEGATIVE Feedback left by the buyer. Its very frustrating when you try make things right but the buyer still leaves you with a Strike! |

Because the item you purchased is out of stock a full refund was credited back to your account. I can’t ship out an item that’s not available and I don’t want to keep your money so of course you will get refunded. Please do not purchase any other items from my booth. You sound like a difficult person. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Thank you
