1 star user feedback The window lock was in bad shape, scraped up, and had some type of grimy stuck on adhesive on it. Nothing I would use in my home. The seller did not contact me back! Beware of this site!! False advertising and no money back guarantee. Seller response: Tana Hoffmann. As stated in the description: "Condition: Used" "Note: Normal signs of use. Each Lock will vary by cosmetic condition in comparison to the one pictured. This is an as-is sale, with no returns." I never received a message from the buyer. I would have gladly exchanged a used lock for another or would have given a full refund.
