One size fits 20-28 inches waist because it's elastic. I offered $ off next order. I can't do much because it was clearance and that was the last white skirt. Tried to help/explain buyer was unreasonable. |

It was states as a free size which will fit a 20-28 inch waist since it's elastic banded. I offered a discount for the amount of what the skirt cost. It was clearance and the last one best that could be done.
