Hello there, Unfortunately the abec rating is not dependable. Abec ratings are just a number china puts on a bearing shield. There is no regulation nor certification. The only real quality bearing you will get which is industry known are SWISS bearings. Those bearings alone are $30.00 and upwards for a set of 8. Hope that clears it up. If you would like to return the bearings, we can give you a $5 refund but you will need to ship them back to us. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you
