However after talking to the vendor about my concerns, the vendor was able to take care of the issue for me, and the issue was rectified. Very good customer service, and satisfactory outcome. This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback Not remotely like the tree pictured. Not even in the same pot, but the tree is a stick with a couple branches, not at all like the pictured tree that I paid for.
