Truth be told the hateful email came from the seller upon my request for a refund. Here is a copy of just one of his email: The descent and usual thing to have done is to resolve any problems BEFORE leaving feedback. But I see there is no decency to you at all. You want your money back, some petty sort of revenge as well. I have never had anyone complain about these before. Did you not look at the photos? If you wanted the larger Lobster clasps for men you should have specified that WITH your payment. OR if you did not like the clasps shown you should have not purchased them. The clasps you are complaining about are sterling silver plated just as advertised. It is obvious there is no pleasing you and you just are a hateful person who needs to get someone, anyone told. Hope you feel better now.
