I never got the product I ordered. Sent two emails to custom service with the transaction number, date of purchase and address product was supposed to be mailed and all I get back is computerized responses. HELP!!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Though we are disappointed to learn of your less-than-stellar experience, we appreciate and welcome your thoughts. Over the past few months, many of our suppliers and manufacturing partners have experienced unforeseen delays and disruptions, which forced us to cancel some orders. A review of our records indicates the following: You placed an order with us on May 5. The following day (May 6), we reached out via email and advised that the bed you ordered was unavailable. We offered the same bed in a darker shade of gray at no additional cost or a full refund. We did not receive a response and we followed up via Bonanza message on May 12. As we still did not receive a response, on May 16, we issued a full refund via PayPal. On May 18, we received a Bonanza message from you requesting a refund, which had already been submitted to PayPal. We have not heard from you since.
