Seller response: Given your reaction, it would have been better to send you the damaged bottle and blame the carrier. Obviously, checking each item thoroughly before shipping is not considered good service by some customers. Nor is it to report the problem within 24 hours of placing your order and issue a refund immediately. We apologize for not living up to your expectations.
