This customer did contact us about the hat and I did reply to her that I would send the info.Unfortunately Mother Nature intervened with Hurricane Matthew which not only shut us down for several days but also the manufacturer of the hat. They supply the RMA numbers. So, yes, if a couple of emails warrants "jumping through hoops" I am guilty. I had emailed her yesterday that I would send her a return label as a courtesy and I guess her reply was the negative feedback. We are catching up as quickly as we can and understand any frustration people may have. We use 3 email addresses, this Bonanza system and have a toll free number with a machcine if we are busy or it's after hours.We always want people to be able to reach us and sometimes it takes a few days to service a bunch of people, right Bonz?As I said yesterday, Shawna, I apologize for your anxiety about this issue.. |

Spoke with this very nice customer numerous times regarding his order- he was made aware immediately upon ordering that this item would not be in stock for some time and said he was okay with that. Apparently when he received it the fit was not right even though it was the size he ordered. He informed me and of this and I told him we would make sure that it was resolved but he said that he knew it was not our fault but a manufacturer issue and has not responded to any further corrresponce regarding the matter. We share his frustration and not lo nger offer this manufacturer's merchandise for just such reasons. Quite surprised to see a negative feedback based on our phone conversations but do understand his frustration. Would welcome him as a customer any time. |
Wish customers would wait until transaction resolved before posting feedback- usually resolved if customer allows time
