My first troll in over ten years of selling! The buyer received my bracelet in perfect condition. Unfamiliar with Hermes and not knowing how to open the catch, Scarletsmom took a sharp instrument, placed it inside the clou and forced it open, breaking it in two. When I refused her demand for a refund she took the bracelet to her local Hermes store where she had hoped they would back up her claims that it had been faulty. They declined. They offered to repair the bracelet but the buyer didn't want this, she didn't want the bracelet, she wanted her money back! When Bonanza found in my favour, she opened a SNAD dispute with PayPal. The US representative believed her lies, however, the following day PayPal UK opened an investigation which proved that their decision to side with the buyer had been a grave error. An independent jeweller confirmed that the severe scores on the right hand edge of the clous proved that the buyer had inserted a sharp tool and with brute force, prized it apart. PayPal issued me with a full refund + compensation for their error and for my patience while they carried out their investigation. For reasons only known to Bonanza, I was not given a feedback option for this transaction, they are currently looking into this. Immediately after opening her case, the buyer chose to make her feedback profile private, clearly she was unsure of the outcome. I have worked extremely hard over the years to retain my 100% feedback status on the various sites I sell on. Never before have I dealt with such a demanding, vindictive and malicious person. Please do not entertain this member, either as a buyer or a seller.
