Dear John. We apologize for your experience. However, we'd like to clarify some information regarding your order. 1. The shipping cost for your order was only $ 23.60 - This is the standard USPS Medium Flat Rate Box Priority Mail shipping cost + signature required - for the package that weighs 2.8 LB. We didn't add any additional fees for that shipping cost. 2. The cost of the product that you have ordered was only $29.80 per item. This price is the most affordable in the market in the US even though this product comes straight from the manufacturer overseas. It is difficult for us to obtain the product from overseas, with all the taxes, fees, and long shipping process - especially now due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it's twice as difficult and more expensive.
