2 stars user feedback I have THREE batteries for my Toshiba, and I have tried to charge them up to 100% with this device. Best I got was 94% on the 12 cell battery, 90% on the first 6 cell, and 72% MAX on the second 6 cell battery. VERY disappointing, 5 week delivery!!
