I am sorry you are disappointed, I saw your note stating they barely played so I sent out a full Connections 1 set – please return any disc that does NOT PLAY with the included postage from the connections 1 set, and of course any duplicates. I cannot return disc for finger prints. I did include a lint free cloth to wipe them off, I would suggest using the lint free cloth to remove any prints, placing extra care when removing them not to apply to much pressure. Wipe from the center of the disc – out when removing any dust, debris or prints trying not to scratch the disc. Do not use any liquid or cleaners on the disc, it will ruin them. The tracking number for the package is 9405 90969993 83083312 06. In summary if a disc does not play it can be replaced (for up to a year) – upon receipt of the erroneous disc. I have to receive the bad disc first to get them replaced from the supplier. They test them on several test machines upon receipt for the errors, and make any adjustments to the master disc using the erroneous disc as the template. If they play they just send them back. There is not a problem replacing them although they have to NOT PLAY. They give an entire year for this to happen. I hope the replacement disc help. I will continue to monitor the tracking number to ensure its delivery.
