Had to go to previous address with an estate agent as house is being sold. Item never arrived! Seller response: Buyer sent order on 13 Mar. And there was only one message to change the shipping address which we have received on 16 Mar at 2:13 PM which the order has already been shipped. We are sorry if this was our fault!
