Seller response: I am terribly sorry about the item's defect, but your fedback is undeserved. We corresponded for days, I offered you free return and full refund, including the originally paid shipping cost. I sent you a free return label on 03-21 (to both, your email address associated with your bonanza account, and the email address associated with your Pay Pal account). I never received the item back, nor heard from you afterwards.
