1 star user feedback In fairness, we made a mistake and bought a device that was different from what we needed. Be aware, however, that Paths2riches is completely inflexible, and has a strict "no return" policy. Not very nice, and hardly professional. Seller response: Item specs were listed. They wanted one that did tons, not lbs. How is a hand held item going to measure tons? If I made a mistake in listing, then by all means it can be returned.
Buyer response: As stated, it was our error. All I'm saying is that, in business, a little understanding goes a long way. I've taken back $30,000 in materials because the client made a mistake. I expect this kind of inflexibility from my Cable company, not a nice Mom & Pop trader, like yourself. In any case, I'm satisfied to warn your future buyers that you're not very understanding. It feels like greed. Buyer beware.
