Item was sent using the first class (no insurance) as stated in the listing. Items showed delivered to the address provided. I have done everything possible on my side with USPS including speaking with my postmaster. I advised the buyer to do the same. I completed my end of the sale and went above and beyond for this buyer attempting to locate the item.
