Still, allowing a return at that stage would have been the decent thing to do. Seller not interested in repeat customers. Seller response: My policy clearly states "Any cancellation prior to shipping, buyer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee." This covers the transaction fees that are non-refundable in my end. I hope you understand.
