When I request for refund, he refuses and said it was my Windows that's causing the issue. I download Windows from the site he give me which is from Microsoft. Seller response: You are just a buyer who wanted a refund for no reason. My keys are legitimate and there was never a problem. You don't know how to do a simple installation and you decided to blame me. Unfortunate.
