i contacted seller as soon as i opened the mail. seller sold me a bootleg copy that he made @ home. audio & video are TERRIBLE! when i asked for a refund, here was his reply:"there is absolutely nothing wrong with the dvd and i am not refunding you.you are a liar - dont contact me again." no questions, no dialog. he did not represent this movie as a bootleg. it came in an envelope, just a lightscribe disc he had copied, nothing else! he has made so many copies that the quality is shot! BEWARE HE WILL NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF A BAD PRODUCT. HE KNOWS HIS PRODUCTS ARE NOT WHAT HE ADVERTISES! LOOK AT HIS SITE, CHECK OUT THE DVD TITLED "DOUBLE CROSSED" AND TELL ME IF YOU ORDERED IT, WOULD YOU BE EXPECTING A "HOME MADE COPY?
