I sent damaged vintage Georges Briard teapot back to seller in the original shipping box with the original packing material, shipping cost $19.05. It was delivered to his parcel locker on November 12, 2019. Seller didn’t communicate with me since then. After that, I did wright to the seller twice asking for a refund, but the seller ignores me. I have spent $30+$38.04(shipping back and forth)= $68.04. I expect the seller to refund the full amount to me, including the shipping cost. |

I believe that the damage to this item was overlooked, not one time in 8 years of selling has my mother misrepresented an item you can read her feedback. She had been very ill battling cancer and I believe that she could have easily missed this damage. The buyer was offered a refund but is insisting on more back then she actually paid for her whole order. I can understand being upset and angry but hateful and greedy not so much.
