I'm very sorry, we did receive the costume back from the mail service after the refund, it was marked as 'uncollected' which means it had been held at your local post office awaiting collection before being returned to sender. Perhaps you did not see the postmans calling card. This is fully refunded so I hope this is now resolved. Kind regards
