Seller response: It was refunded September 26, 2019. to the account that made payment, which shows as Lisa Dobbyn Refunded – Payment received in my paypal account. And the item s has been shipped, USPS just never scanned it. I put it in the mail. And I communicated all this to you. I can email you proof from my paypal account for the refund, you should have emailed me about it before leaving negative and inaccurate reviews.
