Seller response: This customer has been very hard to deal with regaridng irder/exchange. Have sent her mutiple emails asking for info to make it eary for her and she never responds. ORdered hat in colr that it does not come in but insists we got it wrong. Will be resolving this the best way possible under the circumstances.
