The seller was good about refunding my money, including shipping, once I contacted them about the problem. They were really responsive and solved the problem in a timely manner. This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback I ordered 4 boxes of Pravana Teal and was shipped 4 boxes of Aquamarine. The mistake is no big deal, but when I contacted the seller for a refund, I got no response. When I contacted Bonanza for a refund I got no response as well. I’m out $45.
